Is there a minimum term?
No. You can cancel monthly, at any time and without giving a reason. You only pay while you use the system.
Can I use several BF products at once?
Yes. Every product and feature is priced individually and can be combined freely, for example BF GASTRO with BF RESERVATION and BF QR MENU. If you use several products, we’ll make you a bundle offer.
What does it cost for several registers or locations?
BF GASTRO, BF EVENT and BF BASIC are charged per register. From 3 registers you get a discount. For several locations we’re happy to prepare a custom offer.
Are updates included in the price?
Yes. All software updates are included in the monthly subscription at no extra cost.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding and setup are free. You’re usually live within 24 hours. We import your items and configure the system for your business.
How do payment fees work?
Licence fees and payment fees are separate. With BF Payments the transaction fees (debit 0.79 %, credit 1.29 %, TWINT 1.29 %, American Express 1.95 %) are deducted directly from your payouts, with no separate invoice.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get a full export (CSV/PDF) of your sales, receipts and VAT reports. Accounting and transaction records are kept for 10 years in line with Art. 958f CO, see the privacy policy (German).
